How many cards in a pokemon booster box

It's actually been happening for more than 10 years. I don't waste my time with the English ones because nothings worse than spending 100+ and pulling nothing but regular Vs and Vmaxes, when I can buy cheaper from Japan and be guaranteed a super rare or better.Įditing to add: Especially with modern sets, where there is just SO much bulk (bulk Vs/vmax), that most of us collectors at this point probably don't even consider those hitsġ) Like somebody already said - this has been the norm for awhile.Ģ) That guy is technically wrong.

If I purchase a BB, I purchase Japanese BB now. Cards will still be sought after and have value (again, BB are an expensive product, so I don't think a guarantee ultra rare/super rare or better is going to bring the collector value down, as you still have to pay quite a bit for the product, and most of the valued cards you could buy for that price) AND I think it would encourage people to buy more booster boxes too. By contrast, Japanese sets are only around ~$50 and have a guarantee. Booster boxes in the US are EXPENSIVE, usually 100+ to 150 for modern sets - you should be guaranteed at least 1 ultra rare in this. I totally agree with this, especially because a super rare/ultra rare hit doesn't necessarily mean that it's going to be the most sought after one, or even an alt art.
